Hi

I see there's an ongoing issue in this regard - opening own thread, as requested. 

This issue is reoccurring on a regular basis and causing difficulties and inconvenience for customers. 

Please can a permanent fix be made as soon as possible as imo, these regular service interruptions fall well short of expected service standards.
