@ tiscali Emails not being received by Yahoo

Sending from Mail (on iMac) this Yahoo problem has existed for about a week now and, although it has actually worked for the past two days, it is now not working again.

This is extremely frustrating and, although probably an issue with Yahoo rather than TalkTalk, it would be helpful to have it corrected.

Yet another problem today trying to send to AOL address - 'Cannot send using the server Tiscali'

Thank you Ferguson but I am not sure how to do this. It may well be an old thread but it's exactly the same thing that happened in November - why can't TalkTalk sort it out?

This is getting ridiculous.  Emails from servers eg, smtp.talktalk.net are being dumped by yahoo and often by gmail.  The recipient gets nothing - not even in spam, and there is no return message with the error code.  Are the SPF and DMARC settings not working?

This is just so annoying and why does it keep happening. Please sort it out TalkTalk as soon as possible. Very frustrating for your customers.

This problem has also persisted throughout December 2024 and has not been resolved to date.

Hi I've been having this issue for about 2 weeks now. One email got through yesterday but all others have been 'Sent' but not received at the Yahoo end.  Is the blacklisting being sorted out?

Hi DoggyB, the problem with the domains is due to blacklisting of our domains by Yahoo. They filter mail for AOL.com too. I've not heard of any changes since Thursday. If you're still having problems I'll check for an update today.
