Hello again - still not sending emails with same error code that we get every month? Is there anyone at talktalk doing anything about this? Surely they must know what is happening each month as it is the same thing each time? Why does the server status say there are no problems (as always)? Why do we have to start from scratch to run 'diagnostics' every time when contacting the 'help' line as if it is a new issue when it is always a deep rooted issue at talktalk.
Please can someone from talktalk explain on this forum exactly what the problem is and why they never fix it.
