Hello

 

I have contacted Talk Talk 4 times in a week.

Each time i have given notice then been told it cannot be given but someone nees to call me back.

I had this years ago.

Any chance of accepting my notice?Im well out of contract.

Please help, or it will be all the silly back and forths once more.

@Comstock1977, Chat agents are not authorised to process cancellations, which is why you have to keep waiting for a phone call.

 

As Fr8ys has said, phoning in yourself is the best practical option.

 

Forum staff are NOT authorised to process cancellations on behalf of customers.

Sorry but notice can't be given on the forum. You do need to phone.

 

Be specific and ask for the Loyalty Team or Retentions.

If you look at the T&C (link at the bottom of each web page) you can give by sending a recorded delivery letter, but this will delay matters given the state of the post.

 

Staff here can only check that your request has been given, accepted and the date on disconnection.
