I recently got a new phone (Motorola g35). A couple of my apps are not working at all or very slow when on WiFi, but work fine on mobile data.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled them,reset network and WiFi connections,turned phone off and on etc but nothing is working. I have set my phone to "device MAC" . Talk talk customer service are unable to help..
Can anyone suggest what might be causing this?

OK, thanks for clarifying. Which apps? Have you checked that they are all up to date and compatible with your new mobile? If the WiFi connection is good I think may you need to look elsewhere for advice.
I don't use Android myself, perhaps others who do can help.

Yes, speed test is fine. WiFi connection looks perfect, it's just 2 apps (so far) that either don't load at all or are running very slowly

A "couple," not all apps? Is the WiFi connection to your mobile otherwise OK i.e. speedtest?
