You should be able to see the power light on the front of the router. If this light is on, your router is receiving power. Just to verify, is the router currently powered on?

Hi my broadband is still down. I tried contacting someone on social media but got no response. Everything tried has now failed to get me back online. I really need it sorted out now.

Hi Phili. Yes the broadband is still down. I’m at work today so won’t be at home. But I checked the wiring outside and the wires going into the main box seem very loose and hanging out. It could be the reason nothing works.

I’ve plugged into the test socket. Still nothing. Tried a factory reset still just goes back to solid orange light. I think I need someone to come out to it.
