Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

I am still being charged by everymail for my email account even though they know I have a TalkTalk broadband account and the have refunded me my two previous sub subscriptions.
I have been in conversation with some one called Tamryn N who has passed my complaint to the support team at everymail and have asked for them to email me confirmation that this has been sorted. As yet no email and if had not just renewed my broad band deal I would have gone elsewhere for my broad band and email service.
So can someone sort this out for me please.

Well thank you for trying to help I will see if I can get any joy from everymail, but I am very disappointed with TalkTalk for not informing me in the first instance that I needed to fill in a form to enable my email to be connected to my broadband account so when my renewal is due I will be moving to another provider and especially as I am a long term customer .

I understand and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. However as you have already subscribed to Everymail, your account is now with them and we are unable to get it back. If I fill in the form, it will not work, as you have already subscribed with Everymail.

Yes I did but I paid for it by mistake and then found out I did not need too as I had a TalkTalk broad band account , so I have been trying to sort this problem out for a long time.
If I uncheck the auto renewal box in my subscription section at the end of the month it stops my emails so I need it sorting.
I have contacted them on two occasion and still unable to have my problem resolved.
I wasn,t told about a form to fill in prior to me subscribing so if you could fill one for me and lets see if it helps .

I am sorry to hear that, however as you have subscribed to Everymail, we are no longer able to retain the Email address. Had you contacted us before, subscribing, we would have been able to fill in a form for you so the email addresses would be linked to your broadband account. I would advise please contact Everymail and find out on options available to you.

Looking into your account I can see that you have an active broadband account with us, just to confirm did you subscribe to Everymail?
