I cannot find how to subscribe to the worst company EVER... called EveryMail

I have been given an address to att subscription site which is the mailbox manager but what now????

Thanks for your message. I’m sorry for the confusion around the EveryMail subscription — I can see why this would be frustrating, so let me clear things up for you.

At the moment, your TalkTalk broadband account is still active, which means your email service is still included. Because of this, you won’t yet be able to subscribe to EveryMail. The subscription option only becomes available once your broadband service has fully switched over and your account is reclassified as a former customer.

What will happen next:

  • Once your line has completed the move to your new provider, your TalkTalk account will update.
  • When that happens, you’ll receive an email from TalkTalk with details on how to subscribe to EveryMail if you want to keep your TalkTalk email address active.
  • At that point, the subscription page will work properly and you’ll be able to sign up.
