Hi Colin,
Just to confirm, when you dial 1571 what does it advise please? Does the dial tone currently sound interrupted?
You'll hear an interrupted dial tone when you pick up the phone if you have a new message. Dial 1571 to listen to your messages.
Once you’ve listened to your message, you'll be given the option to replay, save or delete it. You can also listen to your currently saved messages. If you reach your voicemail limit (10 for standard voicemail and 30 for Voicemail Plus), callers will not be able to leave any new messages. You should delete any unwanted messages to free up some space.
Thanks
Michelle

I don't use Voicemail, @ColinTizz, but the thing that matters is clearing messages left by people so they don't block further messages from being stored.
On my own ansaphone, that's all that's needed.
Clearing numbers is what I do on caller display - that's going to depend on the particular phone you have.
Will need to wait for staff to pick this up during the day!

All the voicemail messages have been listened to and deleted. Still have a number of phone numbers that relate to people that have called but left no message. Wondering how you clear these?

You need to listen to the messages and wait for the option to delete them individually, @ColinTizz, according to this:
