I have Fibre 65 with the Sagemcom talktalk router. I need to solve the dead spots in my house and came across the eero 6 router and extenders. My question is, can I purchase an eero 6 router and plug it in with my Fibre 65? Or do I have to have a Talktalk Full Fibre deal for it to be compatible? I have tried to research this and have found conflicting information so really looking for definitive answer so I can move forward in solving my dead spots! Help. Thank you

No that would not be a mesh with your TP-Link.
The connection between the router and the 266 can also be done via an Ethernet cable if that would be better.
The Eero is not designed to work without full fibre. You might be able to get it to work if connected to the router via Ethernet, but no guarantees on that one.

Thanks very much Keith. I have two dead spots so that would probably need two new boosters (one is long distance and the other thick walls), I’m just a bit concerned these might not be strong enough because I’ve already tried a Tp-link RE300 range extender which didn’t solve the problem. Or is that not a mesh network and it’s still worth trying the FAST 266?
Please can you advise if eero works with Fibre 65 or if I would need to change to Full Fibre?

You would be far better purchasing the Sagemcom FAST 266 WiFi Booster. This will turn your Sagemcom router into a mesh network. They are available for £30 currently, plus delivery. Ring the Better Value Team (Legacy) if you want one on 0345 1725157.
