Router is TalkTalk Sagemcom, connected wirelessly. Speed has been deteriorating over the last couple of months, average speed is meant to be 37 Mb/s and minimum 0f 2.5, the latter is unacceptable performance wise. Landline is fine and reboot of router doesn't improve but havn't tried 30minute, so will try that, though again I had no internet half an hour ago as Monday morning but back now @2am!

Hi @BGhome firstly your post has been escalated and you should hear tomorrow.

In the meantime could I ask which router you have, what speeds you normally, are you connecting wired or wirelessly and what your contract states as your expected minimum? Sorry for the list but the info does help.

Finally if you have a landline how does that sound, and finally finally, have you tried a 30 minute reboot of the router.

Good luck.
