That’s a joke! my internet has been down for 72 hours with no sight if an engineer, text or email let alone a phone call 

what can I do?

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

Have you reported the issue and had an engineer appointment arranged? If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
