Good Morning All,
I've been having lots of issues recently with inconsistent dropping connection and I ran a TalkTalk diagnostic test. It provided this link to book an engineer, however all I see is this error message when trying to book. How can I book an engineer in this case?!
If there is a certain time window for bookings why has no one implemented this into the error message? It's really irritating when these messages show up with no explanation as to why.

It might be a possible outage, but please try clearing creche and your browser history. Thanks
