Error Trying to Book Engineering Appointment

Good Morning All,

 

I've been having lots of issues recently with inconsistent dropping connection and I ran a TalkTalk diagnostic test. It provided this link to book an engineer, however all I see is this error message when trying to book. How can I book an engineer in this case?!

 

If there is a certain time window for bookings why has no one implemented this into the error message? It's really irritating when these messages show up with no explanation as to why.

It would have been nice to have seen the immediately previous screen, with the link to book an engineer, @jhyjhy94
