Ethernet ports stopped working

The ethernet ports on my router have stopped working. The wifi still works.
I have tried multiple different CAT5/CAT6 cables in all of the ports, none work.
I have restarted the router, and reset to factory settings.
All of which still result in the same issue of no ethernet ports working.
