FIBRE 500 speeds wrong.

I've done a speed check on 4 different speedtest providers including talktalk's website.

 

I'm paying for 500mb but getting 96mb.

Also there is no history of my speeds on my account.

How can this be rectified.

It has been flagged up and they should pick it up in the morning.

Are you doing these tests wireless, or wired?
