Looking for some advice.

I have had the fibre 150 package for a while and recently download speeds have been nothing like 150mb ( see attached )

If I am not receiving the minimum service what are my options?

@TWH0857

But also available via Live chat, which has longer opening hours.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Just to clarify: do you mean Full Fibre? If so, then there is little we can do to help here other than direct you towards TalkTalk support, see the contact details at the end of my post.

First of all are these results with a wired connection, wireless, or both?

both

How do they compare to the guaranteed minimum advised at the outset of your contract?

Will have to check that

And has this just deteriorated recently, in which case have you noticed any issues with your voice service, such as noise on the line?

We no longer have a voice line

Finally, have you tried connecting at the test socket with a plugin microfilter and see how speeds are that way?

Sorry, but I have no idea what you're referring to.

I had a previous issue when it was first installed and openreach installed/replaced everything in the house, from the house to the street and even detected a fault with my circuit halfway down the street
