Good speed to router, poor speed to phone

My husband and I are experiencing very intermittent issues with Internet and speed tests say the speed to our phones is poor. How do I deal with this?

I'm sorry to hear this.
Are the phones the only devices affected? Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then running a speed test?
