I’m desperate to get internet connection which works, and a helpline where I can actually talk to a person. I’m going mad with my dodgy connection. One reach have been but not resolved it for more than 8 hours. My problem is that my landline (which I never use) and my tv and fibre broadband are all talk talk. Can I change to another provider?

Hi Susan,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service, can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

@SusanB46, staff may be able to check your line etc, so please complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu.....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

If you are not happy about your service, you can leave any time, but there would be early termination fees payable if you have not given Talktalk a chance to really get to the bottom of this, while in contract. You need to give 30 days' notice or ask another company to take over the line and phone number.
