Recently our internet keeps dropping. I have done 3 online chats with 3 different tech team members and yesterday over a hours phone call with another technician. Each time they reboot the router, tell me the problem should be fixed but if it’s not to contact them again. The problem wasn’t fixed yesterday and continued to drop throughout the evening. We need the internet for business use so are desperate to get this fixed. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Can I just check, do any of the lights change on the Openreach modem or the router when the connection drops please?
