Hi. For a week now I have to keep restarting the router. The internet stays on for 20 minutes and then loses connection again, then I have to restart the box again. Have a white light on...help!

Is this just wireless, or wired connections dropping also? Have you got any issues with your voice service? Have you tried connecting at the test socket?
If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. I am afraid that they won't be back online until Monday though.
