My WiFi Hub/router is no longer providing an internet connection. I have tried turning it off, leaving it , then turning it on but all that happens is that it flashes orange with no internet. I have checked all the connections and have also used the re set facility, but nothing works. I have plugged in my smart TV to check our internet connection and that works fine, so the fault is clearly with the WiFi Hub/router. Please can you send a replacement router as you had to do in October 2022 when the previous WiFi Hub stopped working. Thank you. Gary

I've ordered a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
