Evening all.
My internet went down some time ago. Usually when it does this it comes back after about 15 mins but it hasn't this time.
G-fast modem has lights 1 and 4 on, meaning it's not detecting any internet.
I don't have a landline phone for like testing purposes, or any spare cables.
Can somebody run me a line test please?

Edit: 4/3/24: Editing the thread because I can't reply to it for some reason.
This isn't fixed yet. It came back up for a short while but went down again. Live chat said on Saturday that there was an issue at the exchange and that an engineer had been sent, but it's still down Monday morning.

Unfortunately the support team here are unlikely to pick this up until Monday at the earliest as thet won't be back online before then. In the meantime, have you trird contacting customer services directly?
