Over the last few weeks my router has started rebooting itself regularly. When it does this, all devices get disconnected from the internet until the router finishes it's reboot and reconnect cycle. This takes a few minutes. Today was particularly bad wth numerous reboots impacting my ability to work effectively.
This happened to me previously and I had to be sent a replacement router. I can't remember when that was - my account will show it.
Can you check my router logs to ascertain what is happening and tell me how to resolve this? I assume you can access them remotely.

There have been a few issues reported regarding a software update to that router recently. The support team will be happy to help, but please bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.
