I am wondering where I go to request a replacement router as mine has just stopped working, I have had the same router since I became a customer many years ago.
The internet disconnects multiple times in a day, and requires rebooting all the time.
I have reset the router and checked all the settings.
I spoke to an agent who also ran the tests, and found a fault outside my property which they sent an engineer to fix. But I’m still having the same problem.
