My Internet failed 2 weeks ago. I reported the fault via "chat" (text) as I was unable to speak to anyone!. After numerous checks which took over 2 hours the router was diagnosed as faulty. I was told a replacement router would be dispatched which I would recieve in 2-3 days. A week later and no router has arrived. Reported again, this time it took over 3 hours!, same checks, tests etc and the router once more diagnosed as faulty
A new one to be dispatched. Still haven't recieved anything except a feedback survey ! I am elderly, partially sighted, live alone and rely on the Internet. This service is appalling! Any advice please!
