Our broadband connection keeps dropping, typically two or three times a day. It affects both our computer, wired to the router, and all devices connected by wi-fi. I've tried various solutions but I feel it is probably a fault with the router. The router is a FAST 5364 - 3.18 . Is there anything better available?

Is your voice service working OK? Have you tried connecting your router at the test socket?
If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
