Hi, I lost Internet early 8/4.
Checking my account there does seem to be a problem and I understand that there were problems in Southampton yesterday.
Does anyone know what the actual problem is?

I did get notification that my hive boiler was back on line, so finger's crossed 🤞

OK thanks. I've just checked and it looks as though your router reconnected to the Internet about 15 minutes ago and still appears to be connected. If you are still experiencing problems when you get home please let us know
