TT network seems to be down in FK post codes but no information or help from TT so what's happening?

It helps with making Talktalk aware of an issue, @sarahmel, if you can start your own topic, rather than posting on another customer's thread.

Absolutely nothing at all I had 90 minutes to wait on a chat and then a further 90 minutes of being taken through useless equipment checks when the issue is clearly outside my home.  I received no update on what is wrong and what the timescale is to fix it, why am i not surprised by this i wonder? Their website on issues of outage has not been updated in 35 days and there is no mention of the current issues at all
