Long periods of no internet connection for the past week. When it does return it is minutes or hours before another disconnect.

Currently powered on, yes. No changes since installation. I have tried rebooting the router as well as other typical troubleshooting tasks.

Hello,

 

I've run a test on the line now which has detected a possible issue. Just to confirm, are both the modem and router currently connected and switched on at the moment? Has the set up changed at all since this was set up by the engineer? Have you also tried powering down both for 30 minutes and then retested again?
