No internet on any of the Ethernet ports

The Ethernet ports have suddenly stopped working. I have one connected for a powerline plug which was working fine until yesterday. The internet is working on the WiFi but nothing from the Ethernet ports. I have tried resetting etc but nothing seems to work. Any help appreciated.

I've ordered the router (and a returns bag for the old router), it should be with you within a couple of working days

Hi Chris,

yes if you could send a replacement that would be great. We don’t have any internet this morning, the WiFi has stopped working now as well.

If you've tried resetting the router and it's still not working then the router is probably faulty. Would you like me to send a replacement?
