@Chez8, are you a CityFibre customer in one of the locations displayed in my initial reply?
If not, it's essential that you complete your community forum profile (as previously mentioned) for staff to look into your particular situation.

I have checked into this @Chez8, we're aware that some CityFibre customers connected in the following areas are currently experiencing a loss of service due to a variety of planned or emergency maintenance work:
The affected customers may be unable to use their Broadband services for the duration of this outage and shall be notified once everything is back to normal. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore the service as soon as possible. You can check your service status using the following link: talktalk.co.uk/servicestatus for further updates. Please also note that you can check your service status in MyAccount. I will respectfully ask for your patience in this situation and guarantee you that the team will resolve it.

There's this showing in Service Status Dashboard, @Chez8:
But there was already daytime maintenance publicised for Glasgow all week till the 15th, inclusive.
If you are in that area, there's nothing to be done until it's supposed to be more generally resolved. If you have an individual case elsewhere it can be looked into by staff, but you need to add your Talktalk phone number or account number to your community profile for the support team to identify your account.
