I just had a message from Talk talk saying my line is fine but my Router is still flashing amber. Its like its trying to connect but cant? Ive done the troubleshooting and even down loaded the Route this helps app which was no help at all.

This reply shows in Pte1983's topic - so it should be possible to post as normal here, @Philile-TT.

Sorry, @Pte1983, there's a bit of glitching with software going on!

Staff will not be back here until Monday.

If you have full fibre they don't have access to the system to help

Have you tried turning the Router (and ONT) off for at least 30 minutes? If not try this

Try phoning 0345 172 0088
