I was advised to turn off the "Kids" filter in the security part of "my account" you would get over 18 content, like gambling sites  etc..  Is there any way to access adult sites without phoning up talk talk to ask for it?   Asking for a friend.  Literally.  I can get access all sites, but the good lady is limited at present after joining Talk Talk.  Is there something else she should be checking or unchecking in the security part?

Cheers.

Hi Stevie67, ask your friend to register on here and I'll be able to check her account and make any changes she needs or show her how to make them herself.

Thanks for responding Gil.

"Limited" means just that, limited.    It means she's limited to under 18 content at present   As an example, she can't access "the National Lottery" website in her house on a saturday evening simply because you have to be 18 to do so, and Talk Talk still blocks it even after we've turned certain things off in the security part of "My Account."   We want to know if we have missed something in turning this or other filters off.  It's a pretty simple general question regarding the service that anyone can ask and there's no need for her to join this community for enquiries like this, when we both have the same service.  I'm only doing someone a favour, but nevermind.  We'll get the answer somewhere else, just as we had to for the complicated the contract renewal process you mentioned yesterday.

Thank you.

Not sure what you mean by "limited", @Stevie67, but in both this case and in your thread about the account security details it really is better that the account holder joins the community to deal with the issues for themselves.
