Look on the router label and tell me the router model number. Whilst you're there look for the router login to 192.168.1.1 and username - it may be 'admin'.
The router username and password are on the sticker underneath the removable settings card on back of your Wi-Fi Hub. If your router doesn't have a sticker, your default username and password will be set to 'admin'.
