Thank you so much for you're response, I have added details on my profile and I never turn my router off so I think I need a manual upgrade. thank you so much 🙏

@Antony7778, you'll need to complete your community forum profile details for any follow up from staff.

 

Please go via your avatar/name; settings. Add your Talktalk landline number  /account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Leave the router switched on unless told otherwise by staff. Updates tend to happen overnight. Staff are back from early in the morning.

Yes, there is V158, but you cannot download it, only TalkTalk can upgrade it for you. This is normally automatic providing the router is always turned on. If it does not upgrade overnight, please post back on here in the morning & I will ask TalkTalk to do it manually for you.
