I recently ordered an upgrade because the copper line to my house is degrading fast and not a month goes by when a problem interrupts the service. I cancelled a couple of days later after a Openreach engineer rang and stated he wanted to access the house to install a catenary cable from a pole about 100 foot away. The estate where I live has no poles and all services are underground. I wanted to get away from copper so I cancelled that and I approached other suppliers to have a fibre connection but it is just as difficult contacting other suppliers as talktalk. A parcel, from talktalk, was delivered and I assumed it was for the equipment to connect to the wiring from the pole. I managed to contact a talktalk bot and asked for a returns label and I would return the parcel, that was about a week ago but all attempts to find out when a label would be delivered so I could return the unwanted parcel have failed. Talktalk has telephoned me three times but when I pick up the receiver there is no answer, I redialled that number and a bot answers and says talktalk is sorry to have missed you and we will call again!
How can I return this unwanted parcel?

Hi @frank17
I have requested a returns bag to be sent to you ASAP.
When you order FTTP service an engineer is required to install extra equipment in the property regardless of if its underground or over ground, this will be the same with all providers.
Sorry you cancelled the order.
