I am no longer with talktalk, however you are still charging me . Please correct this with immediate effect and reimburse me with any overpayment.

The payment made on the 14th Feb has been applied to an old account so I have ask the accounts team to fix this this will stop any further requests for payment.

You have put this in the TV section, is it about a TalkTalk account more generally? When and how did you leave? Did you notify TalkTalk directly, or were you expecting another provider to do this for you?:
