My existing hdmi cable doesn’t work with the new tv box. The 1m long cable sent with the tv box is far too short. Do you have a longer one? Please

TalkTalk do not supply different lengths of HDMI cable and only offer the cable that comes with the box.

How far away is the box from the TV? 1m is usually sufficient. If you need a longer one, then buy it.
