My router still not working after a week. Talk Talk refuse to send me a new one. I have been without internet for over a week and still not resolved. Please help me

Then click on the start a new topic button in blue.

@2Tilly, return to the message board [you can go via the forum menu: "help with your service" then pick the right board].

 

Near the top you'll see a blue start a topic button to click on.

 

Once you've written your post you have to pick a label to tag it to help it through the workflow to the right person. 

 

Just post then in the usual way.

I've been a TalkTalk customer for many years and have had the same HG633 router since joining. 

 

In the last 6 months my connection just “dies” This can be I the middle of making an order on line or ending an email 

 

I contacted Talk talk yesterday and after 3 calls was advised to call today as their IT system was down

Called today and went through the usual frustating algorithm questions only then to be transferred to them calling my mobile 

This was treated as a new enquiry so the lady started the algorithms again. 

This included asking for medical information and trying to sell me another package. 

I said I don't want another package just a replacement for my very old HG633.

 

I wont go into details but as the call was recorded Talk Talk can listen to how it progressed

 

Who can I contact to have a real conversation about replacing a very old piece of equipment provided by Talk Talk over 10 years ago??
