Hi,
Tried with support chat but no joy - seems like customers are able to get this problem fixed via this channel though, so fingers crossed someone can help.
Can WiFi optimisation please be disabled on my account? It is driving me nuts as it overrides my known good channel at least once a day!

I've checked and the WIFI optimisation is showing as switched off.

Hi Debbie,
It had switched again this morning, though can`t find when it did it in the logs.
18.12.2023 13:53:13 Info WIFI Channel: (5/1) Channel Hopping initiated/Manually initiated
This happened before your post so hopefully resolved.
I`ve switched it back at 9am and will monitor today to see if you`ve managed to resolve this for me.
