Yesterday the router started to drop the internet connection regularly and the speed test showed 17mbps upload on a Fibre65 service. I spent an hour on the phone to a Talktalk technician but this did not resolve anything other than me moving the router 2 feet.
I also tried to use the ethernet connection to isolate the wifi but the ethernet was not recognised by my laptop.

Are you:
1. Unable to connect a device to WIFI
2. Having problems with a device already connected?

When this happens, what is the state of light on the front of your Wi-Fi Hub 2?
