Satelite connection problems

Hi, 

Does anybody know of a satellite cable engineer or aerial engineer that can fit a new cable? BT came and fitted the new white box (ethernet) for the router connection but the satellite cable (male/female) is not working. I cannot watch live channels through the tv box. Talk talk chat bot has advised they do not fit these and that i need my own engineer.

Hi @Inteference1 have you checked your TV signal by plugging your terrestrial aerial cable directly into TV?

 

The high pressure around can cause this type of error
