Have you recently switched to Fibre to the premises?

 

If so, then I had a similar issue as My Account has not caught up with the change in package and was trying to test my old line which had been switched off.

 

I caught up eventually but I could still get my speeds by using something like Ookla.

 

If no, then I'll leave it for staff to investigate further.
