My old talktalk hub has failed since 22/11/24. Have been promised a new one but have been waiting ever since, absolutely ridiculous and frustrating

They'll be able to check whether it's on its way.
If it's not, they can order one for you. Getting into the Christmas delivery season (& last week we had Black Friday) so delivery may be slower than usual.
