My old talktalk hub has failed since 22/11/24.  Have been promised a new one but have been waiting ever since, absolutely ridiculous and frustrating

Complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account, @Mondo2.

 

They'll be able to check whether it's on its way.

 

If it's not, they can order one for you. Getting into the Christmas delivery season (& last week we had Black Friday) so delivery may be slower than usual. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu...Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
