What happened to our Shell Energy accounts?

Hello Lovely Community

 

I am a Shell Energy account holder and  my account was supposed to migrate to Talk Talk, the new owner. But my account is empty and nothing from Shell has been transferred to TalkTalk.

Is anybody else in the same situation?

Whether you choose chat, or phone, be sure to specify that you need to speak with the Shell migration team.
