In December 2024, I transferred my broadband service from TalkTalk to Vodafone. I received a final bill from TalkTalk, which I paid, assuming it was the last payment. However, in January 2025, I noticed that TalkTalk continued to send me bills as if I were still a customer.
During the transfer process, I obtained the necessary transfer code from TalkTalk and provided it to Vodafone. This clearly confirms that I am no longer a TalkTalk customer.
I kindly request that the incorrect billing be stopped immediately and that any payments I made after transferring my service be refunded promptly.
I look forward to your swift resolution of this matter.

HI drjvar
Your switch was made on the 5th Dec, but your bill was produced on the 1st Dec and does not take into account the pending cease, another bill will be produced to cover the period from the 1st to the 5th when we where providing a service if the bill has been paid the next bill will be a credit for the overcharges.
Then a final zero balance once the refund is requested via My Account.

It is not unusual to receive ongoing bills in these circumstances. Because you are charged in advance, you will likely have been billed even after your service switched. Then you should receive a further bill with any credit adjustments which you can reclaim.
