landline still not working

My landline is still not workingI need it as my father is very ill in hospital and we need to keep in contact.Please get it fixed

I'm sorry, but all I can say is that it is still being dealt with. There was an update at 13:00 today on the Service Status Dashboard. OK, it is not much of an update, but it shows that they are still dealing with it. 

 

I will escalate this for you, as some staff will be working the bank holiday tomorrow.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
