Hi Padwa69

Our Devices Team have advised the below:

This is a coverage issue. They suggested you try using a wifi booster.

The device is working as expected to handle the slight Wi-Fi interference.

Hi Michelle

I’ve already turned of my router and reboot/reset. This has been happening for weeks

Morning,

I'm sorry for the delay. We're not currently able to switch off the wifi optimisation at the moment. Our Devices Team have asked if you can reboot the router first and retest to see if the wireless issue is still happening? Is the wifi dropping on certain devices or all devices?

Thanks

Michelle
