scammers taken control of my email and talktalk account

scammers have taken control of my talktalk email and talktalk account login. I went on livechat and was asked if there was an active redirect/auto forward rule found. I cannot check this as scammers have clearly changed passwords. Could someone please help me to get back control of these accounts.

Could you advise whether full bank account details are shown on talktalk account as clearly I will need to contact my bank if this is the case.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
