Hello
My broadband speed is less and my device says the router has weak security. Would a new router fix both of these problems?
Also I'd like to add calls for a month to the contract - is there a way to do this without adding 18 months?

Hi @julie789 your post has been escalated and you should hear soon about the router.
As for the calls boost this can be done from my account. Be aware that tt bill in advance for these boosts so until you cancel the boost it will be charged and your initial bill after setting up may show a double billing.

Leave the router switched on, for staff to also check the line etc, @julie789.
What model of router do you have?
Re the calls boost, you need to keep it applied for a minimum of one month. After that you can remove it any time.
If that runs into the next billing period, any unused period after that first month will be refunded pro rata on the subsequent bill.
